National Decorating Service, Inc. is a full-service union painting and decorating contractor serving Chicagoland since 1921. Based in Oak Brook, Illinois, we partner with general contractors, property owners, facility managers, institutions, and corporate clients across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs

National Decorating Service employs union painters and decorators from IUPAT District Council 14 Chicago and District Council 30 Northern Illinois. Our team brings generations of craftsmanship, formal apprenticeship training, and pride in the painting and decorating trade to every project.

Over the years, our work has included some of Chicago’s most recognizable properties and institutions, including Wrigley Field, Prudential Plaza, Holy Name Cathedral, the U505 Submarine at the Museum of Science and Industry, Presidential Towers, Renaissance Blackstone Hotel, and Ritz-Carlton Chicago.
